REAX Ltd and REAX Equipment Ltd became part of the SKYLOTEC Group in July 2026, bringing together our established experience in training, equipment, service and Special Operations Equipment with the portfolio, manufacturing expertise and international reach of SKYLOTEC.

This is an important step for our business and for our customers across the UK.

What is changing?

As part of the SKYLOTEC Group, the two REAX businesses will operate under new names:

REAX Ltd will operate as SKYLOTEC UK Ltd within the Professional segment.

REAX Equipment Ltd will operate as SKYLOTEC SOE UK Ltd within the Special Operations Equipment (SOE) segment.

Both companies remain independent legal entities within the SKYLOTEC Group.

The change brings the REAX businesses closer to a leading European manufacturer of fall protection, rescue equipment and tactical access solutions, while strengthening SKYLOTEC’s local presence in the UK.

What stays the same?

While the names are changing, a lot of what matters to our customers remains exactly as it was.

Our experienced local team remains in place, led by Managing Director Keith Parmley.

Our Blackpool site continues to operate with its training, office and logistics facilities.

Existing customer relationships, contracts, qualifications and accreditations remain in place.

Our focus on practical training, professional equipment and supporting customers in the field remains at the heart of what we do.

For customers who have worked with REAX for years, this means the people and local support you know are still here.

Why SKYLOTEC and REAX?

REAX has built its reputation around practical experience and a strong understanding of the UK market.

Our team delivers training across work at height, confined space, rescue, first aid and telecoms, alongside equipment sales, rental, inspection, maintenance and consultancy.

Joining the SKYLOTEC Group gives us the opportunity to build on that foundation.

SKYLOTEC brings a broad portfolio of equipment, manufacturing expertise and international experience, with its products manufactured in its own European production facilities.

Bringing the two together gives us the opportunity to offer more to customers in the UK while maintaining the local knowledge and support that REAX has developed over the years.

A stronger local presence for SKYLOTEC

The UK is an important market for height safety, rescue and specialist access.

By bringing REAX into the Group, SKYLOTEC is strengthening its local presence through an established UK team, training facilities, warehousing, logistics and service capabilities.

For customers, the aim is simple: better access to equipment, training and support, backed by the wider capabilities of the SKYLOTEC Group.

That includes access to SKYLOTEC’s wider product portfolio and development expertise, alongside the local experience and relationships already established by the REAX team.

A few words from Keith

Keith Parmley, Managing Director of SKYLOTEC UK and SKYLOTEC SOE UK, said:

“Our home market of height safety demands a clear local presence, and that is exactly what REAX has built over the years.

As part of the SKYLOTEC Group, we are now combining this local strength with the portfolio and manufacturing depth of a European manufacturer, giving us the foundation to significantly expand our offering in training, service and sales.”

For us, that combination is what makes this next chapter exciting.

We’re not starting again. We’re building on what we’ve already created and bringing new opportunities, equipment and expertise into the business.

What does this mean for customers?

In practical terms, customers can continue to work with the same local team and use the same Blackpool facilities and services.

At the same time, being part of the SKYLOTEC Group gives us access to a much broader range of products and expertise.

For our Professional customers, this means combining our existing UK training, equipment and service capabilities with SKYLOTEC’s wider fall protection, rescue and access portfolio.

For our Special Operations customers, SKYLOTEC SOE UK provides a dedicated UK presence for specialist equipment, training and aftermarket support across the SOE portfolio.

It also gives us a stronger foundation to support larger projects and continue developing the services we provide across the UK.

The start of a new chapter

The transition from REAX to SKYLOTEC is an important milestone, but it is only the beginning.

You’ll start to see more of SKYLOTEC UK and SKYLOTEC SOE UK across our training, equipment, service and communications as the transition continues.

There will be more products, more training opportunities, more content and more ways for us to support our customers.

We’re proud of what REAX has built over the years and excited about what we can build next as part of the SKYLOTEC Group.

A new name. The same UK team. More to come.

We’ll get you there.
