Yes. Scannable lets you group equipment by location, kit bags, staff, vehicles, or clients, giving full visibility across sites and departments.
NFC tags can be scanned using a smartphone or desktop scanner to instantly pull up inspection history, certification, and asset details. This ensures quick, error-free equipment checks.
Yes. The Scannable mobile app lets you scan equipment on-site, while the desktop platform allows advanced functions like reporting, bulk uploads, and managing inspections.
Scannable Pro is priced at approximately £1 per item per year, with NFC tag supply and installation from £3 per item (prices subject to change).
Scannable allows you to carry out both pre-use checks and thorough inspections in line with LOLER, PUWER, and Work at Height regulations. Competent persons can be assigned to inspections, and all reports are stored digitally for compliance.
Scannable works with existing manufacturer QR codes, but for equipment without codes, NFC tags can be applied. REAX supplies durable tags suitable for ropes, carabiners, helmets, harnesses, and more.
