Any person with a responsibility for the checking and thorough inspection of PPE with regard to work at height activities.
To give the competent person the ability to thoroughly inspect Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) under current legislation and guidelines. To enable the person to make the decision as to the suitability of the equipment for use and if not suitable how to dispose of the equipment and update all records accordingly. To gain a full understanding of the potential hazards related to Work at Height equipment.
To gain the practical and theoretical knowledge to inspect PPE for Work at height.
