We're committed to providing top-notch training courses prioritising hands-on experience and practical learning. In our latest endeavour, we're thrilled to introduce the brand new Ladders and Steps Course.

But what inspired this course, and why is it such a game-changer in safety training?

Like many small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), we at REAX rely on online platforms for various aspects of our operations. However, it was during one such interaction with an online training module for ladders and steps that our Managing Director, Matt, had an epiphany.

"It struck me that there can be no substitute for getting practical on this particular subject," reflects Matt. Thus, the seed for a new approach to safety training was planted.

Instructor-Led Experience: The Game-Changer

Enter Andy, one of our lead instructors, who echoes Matt's sentiments regarding online training. "Online training does have value in certain places, but it often falls short when it comes to practical applications," he explains.

Andy emphasises the importance of an instructor-led experience in building confidence and addressing real-world challenges. "The ability to actually get on kit and solve somebody's actual acute problem is invaluable,"

Real-World Relevance: Addressing Acute Challenges

From questions about angles and surfaces to the nuanced intricacies of working at height, Andy highlights the limitations of online modules in addressing real-world scenarios. "Those questions do not get answered simply by clicking through slides,".

Andy's ultimate goal is to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to tackle challenges effectively. "Why risk it? Get people in on a structured program, and we'll help you address the acute problems for your business"
