Like many small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), we at REAX rely on online platforms for various aspects of our operations. However, it was during one such interaction with an online training module for ladders and steps that our Managing Director, Matt, had an epiphany.
"It struck me that there can be no substitute for getting practical on this particular subject," reflects Matt. Thus, the seed for a new approach to safety training was planted.
